概述 / Overview

NodeSeek 关键词监控是一个纯本地运行的浏览器扩展。它定时抓取用户订阅的 RSS 源、按用户设定的关键词匹配新内容，并通过桌面通知与图标角标提醒用户。开发者没有搭建任何后端服务器，扩展不会将用户的任何数据发送给开发者。

NodeSeek Keyword Monitor is a purely local browser extension. It periodically fetches the user's subscribed RSS feeds, matches new content against user-defined keywords, and alerts the user via desktop notifications and a toolbar badge. The developer operates no backend server, and the extension transmits none of the user's data to the developer.

我们不收集任何信息 / We Collect No Information

开发者不收集、不存储、不传输、不出售、不共享用户的任何个人信息或使用数据。具体而言，本扩展：

The developer does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or usage data. Specifically, this extension:

• 不收集个人身份信息（姓名、邮箱、账号、地址、电话等）。
  Does not collect personally identifiable information (name, email, account, address, phone, etc.).
• 不收集健康信息、财务信息或支付信息。
  Does not collect health, financial, or payment information.
• 不收集认证信息（密码、Cookie、令牌等），也不读取用户在任何网站上的登录状态。
  Does not collect authentication information (passwords, cookies, tokens) and does not read the user's login state on any site.
• 不收集个人通讯内容。
  Does not collect personal communications.
• 不收集地理位置信息。
  Does not collect location data.
• 不收集浏览历史、访问记录或标签页内容；扩展不注入内容脚本，也不读取用户所浏览网页的任何内容。
  Does not collect browsing history, visit records, or tab content; the extension injects no content scripts and reads nothing from the pages the user browses.
• 不收集用户活动数据（点击、鼠标轨迹、按键等），不使用任何统计分析、埋点或第三方 SDK。
  Does not collect user activity data (clicks, mouse movement, keystrokes) and uses no analytics, telemetry, or third-party SDKs.
• 不使用广告，不进行用户画像，不做任何形式的数据变现。
  Contains no advertising, performs no profiling, and does not monetize data in any way.

数据在哪里 / Where Your Data Lives

用户的订阅源、关键词规则、通知偏好等配置保存在 chrome.storage.sync 中（由 Chrome 在用户自己的账号下同步，属于用户自己的浏览器数据）；命中记录、去重指纹、缓存标记与运行日志保存在 chrome.storage.local 中，仅位于用户本机。开发者无法访问上述任何数据。用户可随时在扩展设置中清空运行数据，或卸载扩展以删除全部数据。

Feeds, keyword rules, and notification preferences are stored in chrome.storage.sync (synchronized by Chrome under the user's own account — it remains the user's own browser data); hit records, deduplication fingerprints, cache validators, and run logs are stored in chrome.storage.local on the user's machine only. The developer cannot access any of it. Users can clear runtime data at any time from the settings page, or uninstall the extension to remove everything.

网络请求 / Network Requests

扩展只会发起以下两类网络请求：

The extension makes only two kinds of network requests:

1. 对用户订阅的 RSS 源地址发起只读 GET 请求，用于获取公开的 RSS/Atom 内容。默认仅访问 https://rss.nodeseek.com/，访问其他站点必须由用户主动添加并在 Chrome 权限提示中同意。请求中不附带任何用户身份信息。
   Read-only GET requests to the user's subscribed RSS feed URLs, to retrieve publicly available RSS/Atom content. By default only https://rss.nodeseek.com/ is contacted; any other site requires the user to add it and approve Chrome's permission prompt. No user identity is attached to these requests.
2. 若且仅若用户主动填写了 Webhook 地址，扩展会将命中的条目内容 POST 到该用户自己指定的地址。该目标地址由用户完全掌控，其数据处理方式适用该服务自身的隐私政策。此功能默认关闭。
   If and only if the user configures a webhook URL, the extension POSTs matched item content to that user-chosen address. The destination is entirely under the user's control, and that service's own privacy policy governs how it handles the data. This feature is off by default.

除上述之外，扩展不与任何其他服务器通信，也不存在开发者控制的后端。

Apart from these, the extension communicates with no other server, and there is no developer-controlled backend.

权限使用承诺 / Permission Use Commitment

扩展所申请的 storage、alarms、notifications 及主机权限，仅用于实现上文所述的 RSS 关键词监控与提醒这一单一用途，不会用于任何其他目的，也不会将通过这些权限获得的数据转移给第三方（用户自行配置的 Webhook 目标除外，该行为由用户主动发起并完全由用户控制）。

The storage, alarms, notifications, and host permissions requested are used solely to deliver the single purpose described above — RSS keyword monitoring and alerting. They are not used for any other purpose, and data obtained through them is never transferred to third parties, with the sole exception of a webhook destination that the user themselves configures and controls.
